Chiefs Come Back From 17 Point Deficit To Beat Chargers


It was a rough start for The chiefs, but they ended up coming out on top. They defeated the Sand Diego Chargers 33-27 in Overtime.  Quarterback Alex Smith was slinging the ball all day going 34-48 with 363 yards, and two touchdowns. He loved throwing too his Running Back Spence Ware who had 7 catches for 127 yards. The Chargers had a great game from their running backs as d=Danny Woodhead had 5 catches including one for a touchdown, and 2nd year back Melvin Gordon had 14 carries for 57 yards, and two touchdowns. Woodhead also had 16 carries for 89 yards. This was a great win for the Chiefs as they look to keep improving even without star running back Jamaal Charles.
