Who would’ve guessed that after losing Teddy Bridgewater that the Minnesota Vikings would be 3-0. They beat the Carolina Panthers 22-10 on Sunday. The win snapped Carolina’s 14 game home win streak. The Vikings defense was a key as they held Kelvin Benjamin, and Devin Funchess without a catch. After the game corner Captain Munnerlyn said the defensive was focused on shutting down the deep threats.
“We just knew where Benjamin was the whole time,” Munnerlyn said. “Funchess, we weren’t worried about him. It was Kelvin Benjamin. Me personally, I think No. 17 (Funchess) is not that good, so we weren’t really worried about him.”
It’s fair to say that Munnerlyn has officially stuffed Funchess in a locker. Also another key stat is that the Panthers are now 0-1 when protest are going on outside the stadium. The countdown waits to see if Sam Bradford will get hurt with sources saying that it will definitely happen.
