It was a back and forward game, but the Detroit Lions ended the Philadelphia Eagles undefeated season edging out a 24-23 victory. Rookie Carson Wentz looked like just that for the 1st time this season. Wants only there for 238 yards, and had only 2 touchdowns, and threw his 1st interception of the season. Also the Eagles shot themselves in the foot with 14 penalties that costed the team 114 yards. Matt Prater hit the game winning 29 yard field goal to put the Lions ahead. Cornerback Darius slay locked up the game with a just over a minute left by intercepting Carson Wentz. The Lions head to LA to see of they can get back to .500 versus Jeff Fisher and the Rams.
