Tiger Still Thinks He Can Beat Jack Nickalus’ Majors Record

Tiger just coming out of nowhere. Woods was asked by Charlie Rose during an interview for the show, “Charlie Rose: This Week on PBS.” When asked about Nicklaus’ record of 18 majors Tiger replied, “To be honest with you, no. No. I’ve accepted I’m going to get more.” Woods wasn’t done yet when asked if he was saying that he would break Nicklaus’ record he simply replied,”correct.” Then Tiger was asked if he though Nicklaus’ was the best golfer ever. He said, “I think I’m pretty good, too,” Woods said. “I think he and I would have a hell of a duel back in the day. …  “I looked up to him, I looked at his record. … I wouldn’t say I lusted for his record. I just think that was the gold standard because he had won the most majors and the second-most Tour events. And here he is at 18” Tiger just dropping bombs with this interview. It has been all down hill for Tiger Woods after that 5 iron went through his car window. There is literally no shot he reaches this record. So good luck Tiger. You most likely are still not back.
