This is a great spin zone here from the Eagles wideout. He talked about his incident saying, “I’m a professional athlete. What professional athlete don’t have a gun? I have a wife and I have a son at home. My job is to protect them at all costs, and my job is to protect myself as well even though I know I have security here, but I have to protect myself as well.” He did make a little mistake saying that he believes all his teammates have a gun. He just threw everyone under the bus. Roger Goodell is probably going to suspend the whole team. Also when asked if he brought the weapon to the Eagles facility he said,”I’m not Gilbert Arenas, bro. No. No. I’m not going to bring a gun onto the premises, I’m not going to bring a gun and put my life, put my teammates in jeopardy of anything. That’s not me. It’s solely for protection, and that’s that.”Lastly Huff just shined on the entire city of Houston saying,”I’m from Houston. You can’t trust a lot of people in Houston. There’s always somebody out to get you. You’ve got to protect yourself. Even when I’m back in Houston, I always have a gun on me, because there’s been several instances in Houston where I’ve lost a friend to gun violence, and he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, so why would I let that happen to me?” So what your saying is that Houston is still stuck in the 1800’s. It must be like the wild west. Duels at high noon, dying by age thirty, this is Houston Texas. So Josh Huff congratulations for putting the spin zone on this whole situation, but he did burn a hell of a lot of bridges in his wake.
