It was a great game to watch. The Bruins defeated the Buffalo Sabres 4-0. Tuukka Rask had a phenomenal game stopping 32 shots. This was Tuukka’s 32nd career shutout which put him pass Tim Thomas for career shutouts with the Bruins. Also a positive for the Bruins was that the power play finally came back to life. 3 of the 4 goals scored last night was from the Bruins power play. The scoring was started by Brad Marchand who scored his fifth goal of the season. Then around five minutes later, David Krejci scored his first goal of the season with a scorcher of a slap shot. Also Riley Nash scored his first goal of the season. Lastly the final goal was scored by David Pastrnak for his 8th goal of the season. It was virtually a lay up for Pasta who had a wide open net. Also Matt Beleskey after being a healthy scratch on Thursday night. Beleskey had an assist, and also got in a fight with Sabres Nick Grant after Grant took a run at Tuukka Rask. Finally Claude Julien notched his 400th win of the season. Now we look to tonight as the Bruins fan off against the Montreal Canadiens.
