Isaiah-less Celtics lose by 7 against Spurs

In the grand scheme of things, this isn’t that bad of a loss. The Celtics lost to the San Antonio Spurs 108-101. Avery Bradley had a great game as the 2 guard scoring 25 points 10 rebounds and 6 assists. He now has 9 double-doubles this season and 11 on his career. It’s very interesting as he only had 2 double doubles before this season. This really shows how much Bradley has improved his all-around game.

The Spurs were led by Kawhi Leonard who had 26 points 6 assists and 3 rebounds. The Frenchman who ages like wine, Tony Parker had 16 points. He scored 10 of those in the 4th quarter which helped to hold off the Celtics.

It is also good to not that Coach Brad Stevens says that he expects Isaiah Thomas to play Friday night versus the Charlotte Hornets. The Celtics are hovering around .500 with a 13-12 record and hope to boost their standing in the Eastern Conference.
