USA Scoreless in Draw Versus Serbia

Bruce Arena has returned as coach for the USA soccer team and his first game was one with no goals.

Team USA played Serbia in a friendly match and the final score was 0-0. The United States could only muster up a few scoring chances but were unable to capitalize on any of them.

Arena has a great history as coach of the United States. In his first stint with the team, he held a record of 71-30-29. In his 8 years coaching, he was the winningest coach in the history of the national team.

Team USA plays another friendly versus Jamaica on Friday and then resumes qualifying. They play Honduras on MArch 24th and then plays Panama four days later.

Before Arena returned to the team the United States was having a rough go as they lost 2 world cup qualifiers.

In the game, Jozy Altidore made his 100th career international appearance and is the 2nd youngest player to reach that mark behind Landon Donovan.

Hopefully, Team USA can gain a win versus a measly Jamaican team on Friday and gain some momentum as they enter their next two World Cup qualifiers.
